The Orbitalum GF12 orbital pipe cutting and bevelling machine utilizes the cold planetary cutting method to prepare stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium, duplex, and alloy pipes in seconds. By rotating a high-speed saw blade around a stationary pipe, it delivers a perfectly square finish without generating heat or deforming the material. It is the ultimate preparation tool for pipes from 157.0 mm to 325.0 mm (6.18" to 12.80" O.D.).

• Deformation-Free Clamping: Robust self-centering jaws secure large pipes from 6" to 12" O.D. without deforming thin-walled tubes or damaging high-purity piping. Includes stainless steel vice inserts to prevent contact corrosion.
• Simultaneous Cut & Bevel: Perform right-angled cuts and perfectly bevelled pipe ends in a single pass, cutting weld preparation time in half and eliminating manual grinding.
• AVM & MVM Support: Equip with the Automatic Feed Module (AVM) for torque-controlled, hands-free cutting, or the Manual Feed Module (MVM) for low-force handwheel control.
