What's Inside
XDP1000 is a high-performance cutting fluid that offers excellent lubrication and cooling properties. Made from refined mineral oil and specialized additives, it is suitable for machining various metals such as steel, copper, brass, and their alloys. With its high oil content, it ensures a smooth finish on parts and extends the life of tools. Additionally, it is compatible with a wide range of water hardness and free of chlorinated derivatives, boron, amines, nitrites, and sulfur compounds.

Application
XDP1000 is a concentrate which must be diluted in water with hardness between 50 to 500 ppm of CaCO3. Concentrate has to be added to water and not vice versa. The application concentration could be between 5% to 6% for light duty operations and between 8% to 10% for heavy duty ones.
Usage and Handling
It's easy to get started with the Excision Ebox. The flap on the Excision Ebox can be cut open, and the circular plastic seal removed. Screw on the tap, and you're ready to go! Store it on the shelf and dispense the oil into a jug, or directly into your machine.
Storage
The Excision XDP1000 Ebox can be stored on a shelf with easy access via the tap.
- Store in a closed area at temperatures not below 5ºC or above 40ºC
- Shelf life: 1 year
